CPCC EarlyON sites remain closed and our services have been suspended through April 5, 2020. The CPCC website, Facebook and Twitter channels up to date and we are sharing online resources and supports with our families.

At the onset of the COVID-19 situation, we instituted our Quick Connect phone in service, allowing families to call in once per day to ask questions and share concerns. However, in ensuing days, our management team and program staff have begun working remotely, making it impossible to answer the phone immediately. We’ve put this system in place as a workaround:

We have now set up a system whereby you can still call the Centre between 10 am to 12 noon each day and leave a voice message with your name, contact info and question or concern, Please speak clearly and slowly, in case call quality is not great.

Staff is monitoring those emails remotely in real time; they are ready to call you back, answer questions and refer you to any community supports or resources you may be needing.
