Family Fun Nights
NOTE: Due to the ongoing COVID-19 situation, the CPCC has – with profound regret – made the hard decision to cancel our Laugh Out Loud event for 2020 and we have had to suspend plans for further CPCC and third party events and collaborations until further notice.
We will keep our website, Facebook and Twitter channels up to date and will continue to share online resources and supports with our families.
Throughout a typical year, the Caledon Parent-Child Centre hosts Family Fun Nights at our Bolton location. Staff and Special Event volunteers work together to create a fun and festive environment guaranteed to put a smile on everyone’s face.
Valentine Family Fun Night
This fun event typically occurs the Thursday immediately preceding Valentine’s Day. Attendees are encouraged to wear pink or red and come prepared to enjoy fun crafts. Face-painting, pizza, beverages and lucky draws may also be offered for a small prize. Funds raised support the CPCC’s programs and services. (2020 date: Thurs. February 6, from 5-7pm at our Bolton Site)
Halloween Family Fun Night
This fun event takes place the Thursday immediately preceding Halloween at our Bolton location. Attendees are encouraged to wear their favourite ‘non-scary’ costume and come prepared to decorate cookies and enjoy fun crafts. Face-painting, pizza, beverages, jail-n-bail events and lucky draws may also be offered for a modest fee. Funds raised support the United Way of Greater Toronto.
Laugh Out Loud 2020
Friday, May 1, 2020 at the Royal Ambassador
Whether it is changing diapers, preparing lunches, or shuttling everyone to activities, it’s easy to get caught up in the hustle and bustle of parenting. It is important that we take some time to relax and share a few laughs with friends. The Caledon Parent-Child Centre (CPCC) wants to help put a smile on some faces in the Caledon community at their annual Laugh Out Loud fundraiser on Friday, May 1st
The Royal Ambassador will be transformed into a comedy club where Yuk Yuk’s finest comedians will have you laughing till your tummy hurts. This well-known local event acts as the premier fundraiser for the CPCC.
This fun, family-friendly event will take place the last Saturday in November between 9:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. at the Albion Bolton Community Centre Auditorium.
Save the date and join CPCC/EarlyON staff and volunteers for a visit from a children’s entertainer, as well as a fun morning of caroling, healthy snacks, great children’s crafts and – always – a special visit from Santa Claus. Tickets go on sale in November each year- be watching the website for info.
