Organizational Structure


Our caring and professional staff has extensive training and experience in their respective fields of expertise.   It is their role to respond to the specific needs of the families and children we serve by facilitating the development and delivery of programs and services such as:

  • Early learning and literacy programs for parents and their children.
  • Programs to support parents and caregivers in all aspects of early child development.
  • Programs on pregnancy and parenting.
  • Links to other early years programs in the community.

Board of Directors

Our volunteer Board of Directors is a dynamic team made up of individuals with diverse backgrounds who work to provide governance and management of the organization's resources and to implement programs and services for the benefit of the Centre's users.

Volunteers play a vital role in strengthening our organization's capacity to more effectively deliver our programs and services to the community.   Currently, we have over 80 volunteers who give of their time, energy and talents to enhance the quality of programs and services delivered by our Centre.   We have a variety of volunteer positions available, all with the ultimate goal of strengthening families and providing the best possible start for children.  Find out how to volunteer.
